Discover the ultimate solution for hassle-free metal repairs and fabrication with these versatile flux-cored welding rods. Engineered for superior performance, these rods eliminate the need for expensive welding equipment, making high-strength repairs accessible for everyone from beginners to seasoned professionals.

Unmatched Strength & Precision

Achieve robust joints with minimal penetration, creating welds stronger than mild steel. These rods are designed to join both thick and thin components, boasting an impressive 45,000 lb tensile strength for reliable, long-lasting repairs.

Engineered for Excellence

These welding rods are formulated to melt and flow easily at a low working temperature, ensuring rapid application with significantly reduced distortion to your workpiece. This precise engineering delivers optimal results every time.

Accessible Welding for All Skill Levels

Whether you're an amateur or an experienced tradesperson, these flux-cored rods allow you to weld aluminum and other non-ferrous metals with simplicity. Forget complicated machinery; all you need is a basic propane torch and these easy-to-use rods.

Welding Instructions:

1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the area designated for welding. Use a stainless steel brush until the surface is bright and shiny.

2. Gently and uniformly heat the area where the weld will be applied.

3. While heating, rub the rod firmly against the warmed surface until it begins to melt and flow smoothly.

Caution: Avoid applying direct heat to the rod itself, as this can cause it to crumble and result in a weak, easily breakable weld. The correct method involves heating the base metal until it's hot enough to melt the rod indirectly, creating a strong bond.

High Performance Design for Aluminum & Non-Ferrous Materials.

"I am writing to you because I used your product and was amazed immediately. I had never welded aluminum and these are photo and crude stress test on the tubes I welded. If you look close the lower square tubes bent and the weld did not even crack when I was hitting other tube with a hammer. Also has high stress on bonding point. Thanks I have save a ton of money on fixing other items and since then I am welding large items and making nice looking welds.
Thanks"
